27 airy, spacious double rooms and 43 apartments of various types, located in the ancient 15th-century farm buildings. All the rooms and apartments are furnished in classical Tuscan style and offer guests a panoramic balcony or a private outdoor space equipped with tables and seating.
Restaurant
The restaurant offers a vast selection of dishes from Tuscan tradition and contemporary cuisine in the welcoming atmosphere of the Fattoria’s former wine cellar, with its rustic furnishings. The outdoor loggia and beautiful park are ideal for receptions and special-occasion celebrations.
Weddings
With its unequalled panoramic position and the ample spaces available both indoors and out, Fattoria degli Usignoli is the perfect choice for organising banquets and special-occasion celebrations for up to 170 guests. Meetings
Thanks to its tranquil setting in close proximity to Florence, Fattoria degli Usignoli is the ideal venue for conventions, seminars, training courses and working lunches and dinners. We have two meeting rooms: the Sala Giotto (47 m2 for up to 20 participants) and the Sala Dante (125 m2 for up to 100 participants.
Cooking School
The feather in Fattoria degli Usignoli’s cap is the Cooking School, offering week-long high-level professional cooking courses in certain periods of the year. One of the school’s primary aims is to teach students the art of matching dishes typical of Tuscan tradition with the succulent delicacies of the modern culinary arts.
Equestrian Center
The Equitation Centre offers residential courses and internships for perfecting equestrian skills in such disciplines as dressage, cross-country and show-jumping, conducted by internationally renowned riders and instructors. The centre specialises in therapeutic riding for rehabilitation, hippotherapy and integrated equitation.
